Looking to get your creative juices flowing? Or, perhaps you are wanting to cross acting off your “bucket list”. Sweet Fanny Adams Theater will be offering many exciting improv classes throughout the day on Saturday, February 25, 2012.
Located on the strip in downtown Gatlinburg, Sweet Fanny Adams Theater has been a staple of the Gatlinburg community since it’s opening in 1977. Since that time, the theatre has been recognized as one of the most innovative and unusual professional theater companies in the country. Over 30 original musical comedies have had their World Premieres at the Theatre, with many of these productions going on to play in cities throughout the country, such as Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
The Sweet Fanny Adams/Gatlinburg Improv Fest 2012 will feature many great teachers such as James Newport, Paul Simmons and Dan Buck. The classes also focus on an array of topics such as Improv Theory, Practice and Performance, Selfish Improv and Improv for All, Musical Improv and Improv Clowning. Improv classes vary in price from $10 – $20.
